Salary on time and working colleagues was supportive.

Dislikes

Nothing from learning. Only exploitation. Seniors force for late seating in office working time is 8 hour but actually working time 10 - 12 hour. Only Junior design have more only load. One thing seniors not take responsibility but interfere in all work and not provide proper input on time but after doing work give input and change design.

1. No Personal life 2. Work with 200 % overload , & when you ask for time to complete task , everyone scolding you 3. No training 4. if you did any mistake, then you are finished that time , even god can't save you that day from all your senior . 5. Canteen food very worse 6. No one behave friendly manner to complete / support task 7. all try to take credit by other hard work.

There is no job security they will pay more salary but our take home salary very less only who can well know about politics with manager that only person can manage.

They never give priority for employees and staff worst food dog also can't eat the food worst unsafe transport for Engineer the will give increment 800 rs only per year no team outing no earn leave no seek leave etc.....

Company is excellent but for freshers not good . And staff members can't join again this group.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.and work pressure is high.managers do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
