Dislikes

Nothing from learning. Only exploitation. Seniors force for late seating in office working time is 8 hour but actually working time 10 - 12 hour. Only Junior design have more only load. One thing seniors not take responsibility but interfere in all work and not provide proper input on time but after doing work give input and change design.

Parmotion and salary not increasing as per system ,here is very politics and department side Tortures and threatens repeatedly to resign ,Does not call employees as per shift schedule I never understand the compulsion of the employee. In case of emergency, no team has been formed which will help.

Motherson automotives gave me all the experience which I mentioned above. Overall if I want to rate , I will rate as average. I hope my review will help👍

Not getting into these by any company won't have long relationship with employee. It will be just a Mechanical type of things.. Hope you like it..
