Mate is good only for permanent and senior person only because he could not want to another one settle in this company. But work load also higher on joineer person and company not give any grouth to the joineer person.so motherson Automotive and technology company is not good.there are copalsury required Jack and reference to grouth and settle in this company.

There is many types politics by management and salary and career growth is slow.

Salary on time and working colleagues was supportive.

Nothing from learning. Only exploitation. Seniors force for late seating in office working time is 8 hour but actually working time 10 - 12 hour. Only Junior design have more only load. One thing seniors not take responsibility but interfere in all work and not provide proper input on time but after doing work give input and change design.

I like time to time salary payment, and company discipline and food,bus service

Parmotion and salary not increasing as per system ,here is very politics and department side Tortures and threatens repeatedly to resign ,Does not call employees as per shift schedule I never understand the compulsion of the employee. In case of emergency, no team has been formed which will help.

I have worked in SRE trainee in customer end.i didn’t liked anything

They didn’t given us proper salary for Customer end SRE.whenever Over time available that time they begged us to do after Month end we will beg them to provide OT amount

What I have learnt? 1) Hard work 2) Team work 3) work under pressure These are the things I liked because these things are needed more or less in every company specially if you are fresher.. Motherson automotives gave me all the experience which I mentioned above. Overall if I want to rate , I will rate as average. I hope my review will help👍

...tion few things over here, 1) Work culture 2) job security 3) Growth 4) Career 5) Salary These are such things more or less compromised, As these things are very much important for an employee. Not getting into these by any company won't have long relationship with employee. It will be just a Mechanical type of things.. Hope you like it..
