Motherson elastomer is a part of a very good group but it different from inside as the company runs completely on the words of single person which makes the company no good than a typical Lala chap jhola chap company Otherwise this is Motherson only by its name but with a parallel management

No job security No work life balance Too much politics and too many chameleons in the system which are not good for the company’s growth Your boss is afraid that you as a subordinate will surpass him and you would become his boss so he make sure you leave the company as they will make your life hell I would request if some one joined this company make sure you have someone inside who can support you and make sure your positive report is provided to the top management I.e one single person
