Company was very good but some of employees are Like rsm and some of from hr department also behave like inhuman treatment. Very nonsense type of behaviour. They work ji hujuri style and aspects from others the same.

Traveling facilities provides free of charges.

...lunch, no cafeteria and not isolate canteen for seating and lunch for employees. Company policies very much bad, appraisal not fair they give lower salary and lower increment chances and prosses very slow. Carrear growth is zero. No job training given to new joinees. No paid overtime for employees.

I have been working here since 2019 . its more then 5 years . I am happy to work here . management, Boss and other vertical like marketing, Logistic, Commercial HR , all are very supportive .

Middle management is with old employees. and these Old Employees dominating new Employee they will never allow new employees to grow. Don't pay incentives ontime.

the company is aspiring for growth which is more than 200% which is next to impossible with immediate effect.new comers are not given adequate time to settle down and understand the business .the travel policy is also not good
