It's cannot be stated in a single window as too many dislike The main problem is it's a family run business All family members will out their head in each employee work and interfere unnecessary to show like its their company and they can do anything. They are following traditional methods of work environment No job security No value for any employee even you have high qualification because they don't know how to value a staff.

I had got bad experience since i joined there. Especially working hours are very long. I had to work for 15-17 hours on most days. Also there is no payment for overtime. I had to work for contineous 2 days fully at the time of my resignation.
