No work pressure.

Dislikes

No proper management. No offer letter. No appointment letter. Not good salary. No much increments. They just wants to run the company with freshers and uneducated people., so that they dont have to pay more salary. No proper guidance. No opportunity for learning new things.

Mother India is a good option for freshers to learn basics for maximum 2 years.

Dislikes

More working hours. Less payment. Management does not care about employees needs and basic requirements. Shop floor is not having any kind of safety and very un hygienic.
