...o sick leaves in the year you join and other leaves would be in pro rata basis. You will always find yourself in crunch of leaves and end up doing leave without pay. -different type of rules in same company. Corporate office will allow work from home during lockdown but in r&d they will call you to office daily which is pathetic . -They lack basic amenities for employees. No RO in r&d they get bottle of 30 lit for employees, microwave stops working all the time, no cafeteria in r&d you need to go to canteen which has also specific timings and limited menu. People here bring their own snacks and order outside food if they are hungry. - Promotion and increment rates are very low. -Washroom will keep stinking and during rainy season water seepage is a common scenario in office till someone trips. - You will get laptop which will keep shutting down all the time or won’t work at all. -No free transportation for employees -In case you are lucky and get work from home for few days during lockdown, you need to provide data of your work which you did during that period. -Senior management and HR don’t care about anything except work. If you’re okay with above points and don’t have any other options then only join Mother Dairy otherwise it’s a strict NO NO

...pany policies are good for a healthy relationship between employer and employee. Appraisal polocy is good here and the bonus on Diwali is like a cherry on the top.

Salary is very low compared to other companies in same industry. No promotion policy.. As per my experience there is no promotion for hardworking employee.. You need to be a boss pleaser for promotions.. There are people who are not promoted from 8-10 years.. No benefits for employees recruited through campus placements.. They are hiring my batch mates and gave them higher package compare to mine Who they didn't even shortlisted for interview during campus placements.

Salary on time. Basic - 50% of CTC PF 24% of basic, EL, Medical insurance.

Dislikes

Pathetic Culture. Its a parliamemt, not workspace. While audit and invesrigation, your senior officials will leave your in hand of a th8rd party. The thrid party will decide your future. They will torn u mentally and no senior offical will speak regardless of your mental torture. The thrid party can ask you any thing, anyone's bank statememt of your family and not providing will leave you in a bittermost space.

Salary is not good of old employee. New joining getting good hike. It's not good for biggner. If you have 10 to 15 years experience than it is best place for you to work till retirement.
