Mother Dairy gives immense opportunity to learn new things having wide portfolio. Work life balance is good and also depends on your manager.

Dislikes

Things which you will find yourself struggling with: -Micromanagement culture -Combination of leaves. No sick leaves in the year you join and other leaves would be in pro rata basis. You will always find yourself in crunch of leaves and end up doing leave without pay. -different type of rules in same company. Corporate office willallow work from home during lockdown but in r&d they will call you to office daily which is pathetic . -They lack basic amenities for employees. No RO in r&d they get bottle of 30 lit for employees, microwave stops working all the time, no cafeteria in r&d you need to go to canteen which has also specific timings and limited menu. People here bring their own snacks and order outside food if they are hungry. - Promotion and increment rates are very low. -Washroom will keep stinking and during rainy season water seepage is a common scenario in office till someone trips. - You will get laptop which will keep shutting down all the time or won’t work at all. -No free transportation for employees -In case you are lucky and get work from home for few days during lockdown, you need to provide data of your work which you did during that period. -Senior management and HR don’t care about anything except work.
