2. Our PF amount is deducted
every month but it's been over a year they haven't added it to the pf account
3. I worked at the digital marketing team. They have hired upper management that only knows to put their juniors under the bus.
The dm head doesn't involve in anything.
The group heads have no experience in handling a team
They yell at the team. Give lots of work making the team work till 9 -10 pm in the night to just reject the entire idea in the morning. That idea was pre approved by them.
4. People are allowed to take leaves or work from home but the leaders make sure that the person is working every second without a break.
5. Work load is at its max. While the pay doesn't come on time.
6. The culture and atmosphere has become very toxic and demotivating
Most of the employees have resigned because of this
7. Everything is pushed on the client POCs. There is no learning curve or growth in this kind of culture.
8. Other departments think they know better than the respective department poc
The social media team is most criticised and degraded in front of other departments.
They did some employe of the month for hardly 3-4 times. In that Dm team was not even considered once.
We being the largest team. The hr and founders never felt like appreciating the team
8. The HR calls the executives and account managers as the " front line workers " we have to take the bullet for the company but the company or the management never back the team.
There are lot more issues like this that can be addressed. These are a few that I could type I'm the past 5 mins.
There are more reasons that can be looked into to make the employees happy
The only thing i liked about the company was surroundings.
Dislikes
No salary on time.No PF,my pf still not credited,High work pressure and poor management skills
Dont join this company. If you want just experience join here.
...a solution to any concerns
- Rushed timeliness and lower focus on work quality
- Pay is not great and top-level people lack marketing know-how
- Job security is a big concern
- High volume of work
- Internal division of people based on teams can be clearly be seen
...th but only on paper there is nothing like WFH here everything is scam and shit. Even if they promise you high salary no use they don't give salary on time. So don't waste your precious time for such a shit company !!!
Everything is worst and shit. I just ran from this company guys I know it sounds like unprofessional but tbh this is not less than hell....stay away stay safe
Terrible infrastructure, no creativity, team leads who do not know how to actually guide the team or to speak to employees with basic respect, and heavy politics- especially if you aren't north indian. They show no respect to employees, are unprofessional straight from onboarding, and the workload is extreme for the steep pay they offer. They lack basic amenities like providing systems and softwares to their employees and are extremely haphazard in the manner of working. The work itself is stale and unimaginative, there isn't much scope for growth. Adding to all this, the environment is mostly hostile and unpleasant and the work pressure is very stressful. Alternate Saturdays are off, and they act like this itself is a favour they're doing for employees.
There are too many demands out of an employee for absolute peanuts they know how to exploit people.
