If you looking for life time growth & job security, just stay away from this group. Really terrible mangers & There low level politics irritate you, even you can't work peacefully. If you join in Design or Engineering department, Congratulation you lost your personal life or forget about it.

Quality department is so good for learning new things and making new relations with experts from energy sector.

No Organisational structure,HR is terrible,always treated the ways she looks to things,as I had an experience.senior management is helpful but they always removes their frustration on you as every organisation does.other than quality,there is no any dept where you can learn technical things.

Free working system ~ work the way you want to, adversely its state there are no proper systems and procedures.

No proper working system/procedures, even ERP is outdated important data to be maintained manually, people joins and leave frequently which makes work and employees suffers. Unprofessionalism. Heavy workload no balance between personal life and work. Politics, monopolies, dirty management. One department performs job of 2-3 departments, there is no Commercial department and Tax department allocated seperately.

The company is open to innovation and ready to adopts latest technology and develop new products. On site travel is dependent up on client's projects. I also like the employee re-hire policy here
