...take leaves and wfh from others should not take. 3. Allocating shares are bogas. While joining they did not mentioned that we need to pay for shares. 4. They don’t have own office since it is 25 years company.

...rofessional ethics seen here. Regional language is more used than using english. 8 lakhs for breaking the bond of 4 years, If we say we won't pay then will get threaten that no work experience will be provided.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work is good teammates are very good because we all work together by equal sharing of work and there will be good understanding.

But in Moschip during my time the working shifts are more there I faced salary problem very much
