Work environment at MH is very good and comfortable to work with and soak it up in to oneself. There is not much of a strict rule or regulation that will limit your freedom to move around in the office. The open work culture enabled the team to see everyone and what they do and how they behave in the office. There will always be some or the other type of politics going on at the back but it is much less compared to other companies. Career growth at MH is directly proportional to the skill set an individual develops as he/she progresses during a particular period of time. Sure there will be some biased decisions but in the end having the skill set and trying to gain more knowledge has always been paid off. Training to new engineers happens in a much more collaborative approach and interactively. There will be times when the individual needs to take up a live project with little training given but that depends on type of work flow and in general training is given to each and everyone.

Dislikes

I do not say "dislike" but it is more to the individual's preferences and liking. Every workplace has some or other thing to dislike about. Office politics is what I don't like and it doesn't matter small or big, I don't like the politics or gossiping at your backs. I don't give much of a ear towards that as it simply is not needed.

Working in MH is a good experience. We get to see a variety of engineering cases

Dislikes

A couple of employees who have concreted their position by the process of buttering and oiling are a big spoiler to the company. They only favor girls. And help them to grow professionally irrespective of their capabilities. This is the only thing ruining the office

It’s about freedom to express your thoughts and the knowledge you gain from Canadian people is just amazing. You will have ample time to complete the task that is aloted to you.

Everything is perfect here . At times you have less workload
