... negative rating I will do so...Guys never trust on this company i repeat never. Even if you don't have any job don't join this because they will not pay your salary anyway it's better to invest your time somewhere to find a good job. This company is ruined by one of there female director, one of there R&D head female, and there HR head. If you can see good rating here which is given by those employees who recently joined. They will count how many time you go to washroom and they will count you lunch break. You have to submit your phones. Additionally you can't talk to any of the employee. You will feel like your are in your school days even school days was way more better. There male director is a puppet. Even these rules are not applicable on there HR head and R&D head. R&D have zero knowledge but she shows like she is the best. She just fooling everybody. She is here because she knows bo one will hire her. Now come to HR head, she come to office for 2 hrs to count how many cups of tea you have taken.

- Not giving salary on time, huge salary amount is pending. - Some people playing huge politics to get all credit. - My advice to Management, please come out of comfort zone, atleast interect with employees, don't handover your company to peoples, who are playing huge politics in this company. Try to interect with previous employees why they left Morphedo, you will get the truth.

1: They do not allow mobile in working premesis (have to submit). 2: I went there after telling everything about myself to HR, I asked for virtual round instead (HR denied). After F2F interview I am asking about results on mail to HR & she is not responding. (Not professionalism) 3: Lunch time is strict 30 minutes or fine. 4: People commuting by their own vehicle will face parking issues (space management). 5: No proper room for interview. They can ask you to sit in any unmaintained room.

They are very strict with the office reporting timings, and ask you to inform before 9:00 am if you have to take a leave that day

Companies focus is on R&D means you always get change to work with latest technologies, you just need to prove that you can learn and do

Lots of peer pressure, high learning demand is sometimes too much to keep up to.
