Facilities are good however salary package company providing is not up to the mark.

As this company is newly set up in india and earning profit more than their expectations with our process still are they are not providing the appraisal not good.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is also not good, and career growth is too slow. Appraisals are not fair and they did not give good salary hike and yearly bonus.

1. Work-life balance 2. Overall company culture is very good. 3. Flexibility

Dislikes

1. Salary and increments are very poor specially after Telus took over. I am talking about 5% increment at max. 2. Not many internal job opportunities and promotions. 3. Since Telus took over, the company is more focused on numbers rather than helping people which is reflecting in the performance of the team.

The company focuses on work life balance, which is the most important attribute for any individual

Thier is nothing as such to dislike about, but what I personally fel company can work a little on salary part , it should be little competitive.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the Indian operations process / team management are not that much transparent. There is huge Cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are based on performance rating not on market basis, its Canadian based company and providing good hike for new joiners.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent but shorts of people growing as new business arives.
