Give value to resource. Salary on 27th date of the month. Small perks from company like bags, cup holder and jabil speakers. Decent salary. Review system for yearly appraisal is good.

Dislikes

Too much work ...almost 12 h a day. Cant trust your colleagues. High stress. Cant take leaves. No laptops to new joiners. Annual hike is not justified with single digit hike as per the amount of work. Old technology. Very difficult to get chance of promotion to lead or officer level. No hr interference.

Advise Needed - Staying vs leaving

I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me? JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him. MS offers me a role in product operation and the team is expected to grow. What do I choose?
