Nothing that stands out when compared with my experience of working with other. There is lot of show off though

...ave to start as if joining like a fresher. Firm pays max 8-9% to top performers. Moreover firm does not spend on anything for the employees other than compensation..No spending on training, education ,certification or team outings

Only salary structure is good and no doubt in it.

Work culture is too bad , unnecessary pressure by manager and he even doesn’t know how to talk with peers. 7 out 10 projects you will find with chemendus pressure. Be there if you don’t have anything working in yr life.

Superficial focus on self branding. New ED's have more focus on forming committees for tech/fin related topics, and entire focus i see now is on their branding as opposed to excel in work (client delivery).
