Company wants 200% efforts from the employee but in terms of monetary growth their is nothing. 9. It's just a name that it's a company but ultimately it's a shop where you need to come at 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM. 10. If you leave the office on time (I.e) on 6.00 PM it's a crime. 11. No Promotion. 12. I worked here for 14 Months and my experience is very bad.

Working culture is bad There is no hierarchy followed Never got incentive Owner is very greedy he keeps on increasing your target every month but will not increase salary Set very high targets that are impossible to achieve in a month e.g. 35 this month by individual. And if you give even 20 lakh he will scold and scream on you and won't give the incentive. In short you won't get any incentive. The owner is not a man of words. He said he will increase my salary to 25 thousand this month but for next three months i wad getting 15 thousand and when i ask for it he make it only 18 thousand
