Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Worst company in terms of salary 1 year before I left company till now they didn't provide Full and final settlement. And main thing is owner Mani to worst he doesn't know how to behave with employers. Sir please change your behavior and be professional and give my Full and final settlement. And iam not begging it's my amount till night 1am I worked.. And nothing to say.

I had relay very Pathetic exp with Morevisas. I didn't got my last month salary..morvisas diduct amount for PF they dont want to pay that is why not responding after leave the organisation.There manager pooja tyagi partially treats with consultant.I resign due to her only . when i disclose about resignation. so she put trap to me and play on the basis. because she want herself safe. .i tried to contact senior sales head. Miss Nirmala. She also did not help . In Morvisas. every department do the roll on roll things nothings is transparent to any one all is fake their. while after losing my salary PF. i relieze i was work with wrong organisation. Organisation is Using to all in all ways.

Morevisa is the cheater company not only cheated with clients with their employers also. It was night mare for me.

Politics are too high and they wont let you go for tea break also for 15 minutes they treat us like a robots and need to do calling hours then only we can logout 150 minutes calling hour is mandatory

Almost nothing, as there are only rules and regulations to accompany you. The top management would pressurize you with all the false dreams to get their work done.

Dislikes

You have no hierarchy, you got No HR, you won't see anybody other than your manager who visits office for few days every month. There are targets which maybe you could achieve but they won't let you achieve with the rules and regulations. You will be fooled into getting to work when you are interviewed like I was, but inside story is totally different. There are camera's everywhere as if you are in Bigg Boss House. You can't even talk much with anyone on a lunch break,which is only for half an hour, wherein you have to stand and eat. Its like a prison in there and the worst thing, if you leave the organisation, you won't be given your papers.
