Employee Friendly & Work Culture. Employer does not hold any single penny of any employee. Single hour payment gets done. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

There must be any office boy to open and shut the office. Employees can not club their leaves with holidays/week off. There must be female staff. Content checking/slide checking work is given to non related employees.

Employees are very good ,but lala type mentality. Exit policy is jokes here, they get you relived in 2 days of resignation 📝A big no for Lala ki dukaan.

Dislikes

Nothing to like, cheap management uneven policy changes, no perks, no coffee, no snacks, no breaks, director have ego issues get offended if you try to guide him. No woman employees because the belief in halal/haram culture 🤔 company is 12 years old and bd team was 1 year old, not a single woman employee.
