The yearly growth salary is very slow this is the main problem for the workers sometimes the expense is also very late ..

...hey are working for bright future unfortunately In world crisis like COVID - 19. Company has given salary in parts like 25% salary, first week in the month, 25% salary last week in the month and rest amount will be given in Next month. And also there have no security for job. In this crisis time they have fired 20-25 employee per month due to salary.

There have no plan for future growth. And every 2-3 months they have changed policy. Aimless company

...mbai surgical division is only cutting 90% cutting and only 10% retail business. When manager is wanted to give you salary then they give ... Job security is 0 so please don't join morepen laboratories (home health division)

It's a Lala Company.Its products are cheap Chinese.They import Glucose Meter strips for ₹2 and from China and sell consumers at ₹650. There all devices give highly inaccurate readings.

...sapp. I was hired for Professional Division.And they never launch this division.They give salary in other divisions after 2 months and expenses after 4 months.And if you resign you loose both.

Unprofessionalism , fake, no salary on time, no incentives, no job security, dictatorship, free advise one should avoid joining here even if getting good increment in salary as this will be for a shorter period of 2-3 months after this you will regret your decision of joining here.
