... of Politics and they can fire you at any time. Salaries are never paid on time. It is dependent on Bank Loans for payment of Salary. If you are unemployment you may join the Company with 30% Hike but be ready to be fired at any time. If you come from a corporate don't join this company. It is a pure Lala Company and without any ethics.

Mr Narendra Kumar(MD), I B Lal (HR Head) and Sidhant Kumar Singh (Corporate HR) they all have cheated me by not paying my Annual PLI of Rs 1.5 Lacs. They simply denied me the money saying that I am not eligible. They pay quarterly PLI to few Employees.Biggest Fraud Company I have ever worked with.

Learning new attributes and engaging in various departments and linking each sector helped me a lot to gain personal skills and professional skills as well. The colleagues are very supportive and understanding. Over all it's a very good experience working in moreish foods, Asansol.

Dislikes

Earning holidays a bit tough, especially they don't always give overtime pay.

I think not a single quality of this company,there no working enverantment.

Specially no line in moreish a depot incharge,there no work-life balance all the task do alone & live also alone 24*7 ,so thik it is not place to work.

Company is providing ownership power to carry out their duties. This is totally depending of individuals to perform his own duty.

There is a lot of politics. Worst management system in entire factory premises. No fan & other employee facilities. No benefits for employees. Only some I. e. 2 of old employees tried to runs a factory with their own self terms and conditions. All work loads given to single employee & old employees sometimes coming to factory does nothing just stayed at work picked up salary. Old employee never want to support new employees just only shows themselves. Lots & lots of issue in this company specially Patna factory premises handled by factory manager Alok Priyadarsi.
