Work Environment at engineering section is worst. People who don't know about area is interfering to other area and false reporting by such people affect individual performance. A dirty politics is within this department. Workers are suffering whereas shirker are enjoying.

If really anyone wanna ruined our career and ready to suffer mental financial stress, please accept the offer, they don't pay you atleast 3 months from joining, they settle your hike in variable pay which not paid to anyone in History. And if u wish to resigned they torture by holding your reliving letter & forget about Final Settlement they didn't pay you last 2 months salary. And your kept roaming around H.R year to year, worssst company in whole MIDC Nagpur, people are suffering in this company and leaving without getting their Hard Earned Money.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology with different machine manufacturers and work happily in collaboration .i also impressed with same company due to re-hire policy. And seniors behavior is too good and supportive

salary structure and growth is poor and need to look out the plant under the over all plant head like C.O.O. Plant must be supervise under the location head for better employee satisfaction and for better growth of the company
