Everything! Bad work culture full of politics, poor appraisals, no recognition for hard-work only the favourites are given promotion and hike, no growth, not given chance to upgrade skills or work on newer projects, no employee benefits, no food facility, some unbranded bad milk is used in the coffee, the most unpopular biscuits are kept so nobody eats, AC vents are never cleaned, the washrooms are dirty and hygienic with smelly treated water, manager is very biased, Even if there is no work employees are forced to sit and kill time for 9hours, overall a very sad frustrating pathetic place to work

Not a good work environment for experienced employees and is terrible work culture. Appraisals are unfair

...The management and HR team is a lot political and they don't address our issues. Salary is decent sometimes but career growth is nothing.

Coworkers are approachable and help people to finish up their target. Training sessions are good. You can have a lot of exposure.

Growth is slow and the salary is not equal for everyone. People have worked for 20 hours as well, but incentive was very less and there is no job security.

The work culture has become disgusting. The HR is non trustworthy. If you approach them with any problem, they are going to turn it back on you. Zero support from seniors within India and I don't know how much to complain about the worst HR ever possible. Do not ever step foot into this company if you value yourself. They have no respect for you or your work. They will easily just let go of you to feed the HR's ego.

Now know as Morae Global is a great company to work with. The management is very understanding, your thoughts are never suppressed. Though there aren't many facilities or benefits I would prefer the work culture, freedom of work any day. You get to learn a lot.

We could use some good cafeterias and have some team outings.
