stupid management, they think they will give as less as possible the salary and employees will work full heartedly with them. Faculty members are said to convince students to get admission, the parents make a fun of the faculty members in that aspect. Salary was never on time, When I left, my 3 months salary was not paid, literally. I couldn't file for a legal case due to my living in a far away city.

The collaborative environment, academic responsibilities, and ability to contribute to impactful environmental solutions made my experience at Moradabad Institute of Technology highly rewarding.

Dislikes

There was a lack of job security, which made long-term career planning challenging. The uncertainty regarding stability sometimes affected professional growth and overall job satisfaction.
