New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

In moonlight, from top to bottom all are behind the material, no on time material means no on time Production means failure in supply means customer pressure means reputation down means business loss means salary/growth/company health everything effected... Not good experience.. chamcha culture.. disappointed 😞

Totally disappointed to work... I was put my 100% efforts in working with full dedication but end of the day only chamcha culture works... Management must come out from such culture so that can run organisation in professional way... Must avoid jugad, must avoid alternative material using thinking, must avoid last minute support etc.. etc..

Bose is working as a MD and VP reporting to Bose , Also Bose and VP joined together , but MD don't know all this . Whole plant controlled by Plant head as a monopolar. VP is working till the date plant head wants.Bose know the MD San week point and he is playing .

VP reporting to plant head and MD plant head not reporting to any one ,he is just showing to MD .But in actual he is not reporting to anyone, Due to junior staff control by him or selected or getting monthly from contactors.

The Company is good for Every Individual in Ludhiana as working Hours are 8 Hours and it hardly found in Ludhiana. The Management interference in every activity is Major downfall for company. Payment procedure and delay in client payment and salary wages is another cause of 1 star. New Skills developement and learning is zero.
