There's a pervasive atmosphere of fear and hostility, where employees are constantly subjected to abusive language from both colleagues and superiors. Constructive criticism is virtually non-existent, replaced by derogatory comments that do nothing but demoralize the workforce. Dirty politics run rampant within the company. Favoritism and nepotism are the norm, with promotions and opportunities going to those who engage in cutthroat politics rather than those who genuinely deserve them. This creates a divisive environment, where colleagues are pitted against each other instead of working together for the betterment of the company. Parking is yet another nightmare at this company. The lack of adequate parking facilities leads to daily frustrations for employees who have to hunt for a parking spot, wasting valuable time and causing unnecessary stress.
