You will shown lots big dreams. I don't think that will be filled. So be realistic.

Dislikes

Better not to say All things good till they need you As soon as you are not need you are the enemy no.1. How much and what ever you would have done for company it doesn't matter. Company doesn't trust there employees. Not good behaviour and no support. Lots of talk, no reality.
