... work for client. This company do lierally nothing and keeps half of the amount. So join their client company directly and keep the full amount in salary. No learning is there in this company If anyone from this company comments on this then just dont believe them they are just bluffing. If you really want to check reality ping any employee of this company on Linkedin and check the reality.

1. Very less hike for an appraisal cycle, they don't consider ur salary, they randomly decide the hike persentage 2. No team outing, No goodies on festivals 3. No job security

They are not considering employees problems … I faced lots of problems .. they asked my resignation bcoz of I don’t know hindi .. I’m client location all are from north India and they are communicating in Hindi only Meetings also happening in Hindi only … I’m only guy from South India and I don’t know Hindi .. I raised my request to my parent company Moolya.. they are not considering my problem

... are working in client projects or new joiners, no training is provided for CDT. Salary compensation is very less than market standard.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They constantly talk about their culture, but they don't actually practice it. The people in this company do not value their employees. Please do not join this company. This is based on my personal experience.
