They don't want to pay anyone . Stealing wages from your hard earned money. Probably the worst place i have ever worked in. Overwork isn't compensated and no one takes responsibility for dealing with the staff. One deluded lady hr roams about doing nothing about anything.

Never work in moolchand hospital. Worst place to work here. Deduct salary every month. When u ll ask they ll give you million reasons to deduct sakary. Better to work in max or other hospital. Atleast if you work your as* off you eont be desatisfied. Dont ever come to moolchand. I left because of that. No facility nothing for their own staff. They cant provide water the least amenity. Worst hospital ever.

Hospital is providing Good Job Security.Teammates and our higher authorities are supportive.

...cting sample since June month onwards,but I didnot get Covid allowance till now.And also salary is very less as per my job.

Moolchand is a purely business oriented organization. If a person have business he can get any thing. (recognition, position, salary hick )

No job security, No salary security, anonymous salary deduction, No professionalism towards partners, any small or big mistake in adherence of company policy there is punishment of salary deduction and the % of your target you are not able to achieve there will be same % of salary deduction.
