Work environment was great as long as the earlier management was handling and with the current management the career growth, salary/appraisal is all about how much you know the team of management and relates to their erstwhile company team.

Interesting projects and nice team to work with. Personally for me, my manager and my team are my assets & highly supportive during my tough times...I'm grateful to them

There may be some instances, but such things are there in any company. So not interested to specify to lower down the company. There should be clear cut career path to be planned by top management..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Good learning platform.

Company is shifting to jigani industrial area and which is far from my house. Traveling is becoming difficult day by day.

Working with Moog is great experience in terms of personal growth and Career. We get independent to work and very helpful colleagues. I can say that Moog is great platform for all employees.

Their is no point to say about Moog, but to be honest I think Moog has try to improve in cultural activities for employees.

Now am working in Moog Controls India Private Ltd. It is client of Venkat and Vasan CA office. This is one of leading companies. This is my first company. And am learning so many things in working place. And our boss and colleagues are very friendly in working atmosphere.
