Salary on time, being a Gujarati I have received some help from other staff but if you from other states don’t expect any help. Montecarlo is good for Gujarati.

Dislikes

Job security is very low, MD is very aggressive no mercy for any mistakes in work even for first time. Site is cool but as per my choice please don’t join head office.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
