Salary Increment, Promotion, Politics, Hardworking Employee se or jyada Hardwork Karana or Salary kam increment karna or Kahte hai ki aap accha kaam kar rahe hai agle saal dekhte hai.or Jinhe kaam nahi aata wo Time to time promotion & Increment lete hai. Manager Kaam to karwa lete hai lakin Naa to Incremant karate hai or Naa Promotion.

Montage is printing and packaging industry, company pay salary on 1 st date of the Month. Bonus is good. Company pay incentive.

Dislikes

There is no system how to manage the inventory, space issue, equipment issue . Extra working hour. No weekly off given by the company at the time joining company HR says 26 day working and 4 weekly but on ground there is no weekly off. 365 days plant working.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I hope the fact that I a am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client. Another plus is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is desent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

Company is Doing his business on without GST to some tobacco companies and other brands and when GST officer is come to check the office. Staff members is not allow to sit in office . For the employes very bad enviorment.

If you dont have any refrence then this is the worst compnay.
