Monster.com or now known as Foundit products has no strength in the market. You'll face a lot of challenges in selling the products. No where close to the market leader. Horrible Manager for the East Region. Has ZERO knowledge about the Eastern Market, not at all supportive, not at all willing to help in anything and understand the challenges, WORST Manager one can ask for.... Threatening from the third month of joining..... Two other team members at the Kolkata office are the main root cause of all the negativity in office, one of them is still a bit helpful and for the other one everything is alright according to the manager like he can enter office whenver he wants to n all... but all three of them will try everything possible to make your life hell at the Kolkata office. Don't even think of joining the Kolkata office or even the brand in particular. NOBODY is interested in taking Monster recruitment solutions and a serious advice to the company PLEASE DON'T HIRE ANY MORE EMPLOYEES FOR THE KOLKATA MARKET WHEN YOU CAN'T TREAT THEM PROPERLY . UNDERSTAND THEM AND RESPECT THEM. OVERALL VERY BAD REPUTATION IN THE MARKET. PLUS KOLKATA OFFFICE HAS A TRACK RECORD OF 4-5 EMPLOYEES LEAVING BACK TO BACK.
