It's average. But not excellent. Here we may easily work with out any pressure.

Dislikes

It's salary structure and delay of payment method with bonus, extra hospitality is not satisfied. Not good management also. Only decision is under respective HODs. There is not a proper way for talk with HR . Should be directly involved to MD. That's the problem. Have to rectify that soon.

Working in mono steel india ltd, this company is not good for engg because he doesnot give appointment letter payement slip , health insurance, pf esi etc , Here engg salary is too much minimum and working like a labour no respect is given to a engg specially in sponge dept, un educated or minimum qualified hod and foreman and incharge is there, they give less salary to the staff no weakly off no overtime double they dont give benefits to a engg or workers, no safety is provide to a worker they only give helmet or safety item at the time of checking, no labour inspector visit to a workers in this company.

I dislike because they dont give any proof to a employed, or they dont give id card pf esi , salary they give in 2 month and one month they keep for himself

The company is open to innovation and I love power plant and is part of in technology and good opportunity in Gulf country

Dislikes

Maintenance work is very tough but growth is very high I have to work 24 hrs straight in shutdown
