The company culture is good

Dislikes

They compensation is little less (I think one can get better pay in a startup since work life balance is always on a toss in consulting) this is when compared that there are no travel post covid. So the employees are not getting and travel benefits and they have to keep working late hours

Great set of peers to work with. People generally care for each other. Leaders are empathetic to concerns of all team members, irrespective of the level/seniority within the firm. Being a part of Monitor in USI gives great opportunity to travel far and wide on client projects. Flexibility in terms of work hours is practiced right as it is preached - can’t really ask for more on that front.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
