- Don't have product scope - Higher Management changes frequently every year we can see new CxO - Appraisal cycle is too lengthy and appraisal based on how good you are with Higher management not on your work or skills

Pros - 1. Benefits like group term life insurance, accidental insurance & Medical insurance. 2. Performance Linked Incentives. 3. InHouse Cafeteria 4. Fuel Reimbursement 5. R University (which is an internal tie of Reliance with different universities for their distance learning programs, certifications on Coursera & more) 6. L&D sessions held by HRs for skill improvement.

Dislikes

1. No JD is given by HR as they expect employees to work over & above and not stick to limited scope of work. 2. Need to work overtime to complete work as per management. Extension of shifts till 12 hrs is a regular day in the life of employee here. 3. CTC manipulation, the group term life insurance, medical insurance, accidental insurance and even the PLI scheme is all adjusted in your CTC. If your CTC is 6.5 you'll probably get 5.4 in hand rest is assumed as variable. The in hand will have PF & PT deducted in it. 4. Despite a leave you will be required to stay available incase of a breaking story, news or any other major event. 5. Some departments have shifts they have rotation timings and weekend working. 6. There is no buddy program or guidance given when you join it is learning on the go.

I've been working here for a year and half now and had noticed very poor personal growth. Very small increment. No motivation for work.
