At first everything was going fine when I joined, but later on it was worst when coming to promotion, where people here doesn't support tenure agents and hard workers they. Give promotions only for managers pet and promotion are based on influences.and HR behaviour as she touches our ego she manuplates us and discourage in every area. For 3 months of nonperformance they will come with an PIP bullet shit

Everything i dislike from promotion level to management levels. Worst treatment for tenure employees doesn't encourage them

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
