In Mondial I found some good colleague, they support me a lot on my professional life. I got an opportunity to travel Bangkok for one of client and I learnt a lot from there.

3) lots of pressure due to wrong business requirement taken.
4) Salary is delayed on sometimes without informing employees
5) lots of partiality based on the teams
6) Appraisals not taken on time every year .
...l only say that we are family but when time comes what matters to them is work . They expect you to work with pay like and with no compansation for sacrificing your personal life and other priorities.
They will use big words to make you believe in them but in the end it's just a words not any guarantee.
So if you want learn how to make a fool out of your self, you can join this company.
No payment on time and no appraisal on time.
Always put such a condition in appraisal letter that make you work like a donkey for a carrot.
Management never replies on time, infact they even not bother to reply if it's not a matter of their personal business. Select your team mates wisely, they act as a friend but when times comes they will ask for money to help you or provide any kind of assistance.
No hard feelings this is my personal experience and this may or may on happen to you.

Pathetic behaviour of management. Non timely payment of salary.
Long dues of unpaid OPE.
Purposely delay in appraisal.
List is really big.
Be very careful before joining the company, Boss is apex predator. Some important rules aren't in the offer letter but are in the appointment letter. For example, you can't work on the same type of product at another company for two years after leaving. This practice is unfair. Additionally, your final payment and resignation letter may be delayed for more than three months.
Here are some issues to be aware of:
1. Poor Management.
2. Excessive Control (Mirco-Management)
3. Toxic Work environment
4. If you have less work, you are force to do other teams work
5. Payment is way below market standard.
6. After you resign, the company may treat you poorly. They might not give you resignation letter if they find out you're working with similar products elsewhere.
List goes on and on.
