...There are a few days where work can stretch beyond 8 hours but it's very rare. * Good compensation - If you are a lateral hire, you will get good compensation. However, if you joined as a fresher, the growth would be quite slow (as I see with most of my peers)

I am part of the forecasting team in CAT (Central Analytics Team), which is a new division in Mondelez. Here is what I have felt as cons in my last few months with the team - * Expectations of leadership - Since this is a new division, the leadership is not quite well-versed with the technology & expects positive results in limited timelines for research-driven projects. It becomes difficult to explain why it's difficult to commit timelines in such projects. * Inter-team politics - Everyone wants to move towards a 'digital' solution for supply chain processes but not many teams are willing to take ownership. This results in a blame game which often delays things & leads to unnecessary squabbles. * Lots of ad-hoc work - You are expected to deliver results in strict timelines while juggling with unnecessary ad-hoc work which is not even part of your job description. This makes one frustrated, to say the least.

Dislikes

You're made to work in pilot plant without any support and its equivalent to hard manual labour. Favoratism in promotion and growth. Accomplishments are overlooked and only pleasing manager is rewarded.

My ASM Specially Vishal Gupta is not good person . Not motivated by Team. Meeting not happened every month. His picture not clear with ground realities . Market not visit . RD point not visit . Not discuss with PC team and TSI team . Cultural differences ASM belong From J&K not like Our North East Culture. His judgement is very critical mostly 2/3 person he likely the most in our Team team Size is Total 7 Person .

Mondelez has a policy of fitting employees into a Bell Curve which may not be the right manner for assessing performance where relative ranking decides the ratings of an employee
