Dislikes

Compensation id decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a days and sometimes in night also.Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during mid-year appraisals

Here I started my job career, so I am glad to be in the mondee group of family. Actually here all employees are very cooperative and helping nature.

I don't have anything to dislike mondee. For me it's all things are good.

It's really past faced working environment. For those who like working day in day out without any proper work place ethics best company

Dislikes

Everything. No proper culture. They follow abuse and demonstrate it with their work and culture. They expect solutions to fly in min and products run out without any proper planning. Communication and approach to leadership is only when they want.

I learned a lot no doubt. But they should work in their management and employees satisfaction.

Dislikes

Some of the managers and the team leaders does not have the team management quality and does not know how to handle situations. They are creating kind of monarchy that they should only stand and no one else.

Worst company they hire the employees for one month and then layoff without any information. Senior mgmt also left the company bcs they fired the 250 every yr. Mr.Prasad worst person he have to go to business school n learn how to run the business
