Nothing is there to like about this company. The COE are very rude and the work culture is very toxic. Especially if you're a girl please don't go there.

I was an intern at Monarch and being there for 5 momths was the worst time in my life. The managers are very bad. No benifits. And during interview they will say after 3 months you'll get salary appraisal but that won't happen after working there for a year also, and if you ask for appraisal the managers will asked you instead how are you contributing to the company for us to pay you more. More are there to say about this company and all are bad things. Take it from me, please don't even consider going to this company🙏

I like the Work Environment at Monarch.All the directors of the company are very supportive and every time I get motivated from them.
