It is with great regret that I have to write that I have to leave Monarch Hotel as planned. I have been staying in hotel chakan pune pre opening sub Casteism. I never feel that when never come in my mind bcuz some chep people is going on here, I have come to Turba Hotel. After working so hard there, where I have work till midnight to go there till 3 o'clock in the night, he used to go to every department at the reception and work as an interface which I was not able to do. In the free opening, I did my work as per my understanding and on the next day I was released from there by lying and even my 5 days salary was not given to me. Since I had written in my letter that I would be on leave after working for a whole month, I took leave on that holiday. Then I did not get his money and even my PF. money which was deducted from me for the last 6month Every month, from Rs between 1500 to Rs 1800, that much money was not given to me. Something may not work for every team. By the way, Hr Team Nasir shows that they do a lot of work but he is waste Shame on U without any reason I give resign If u have communication issue with my HOD than seat and talk but don't make politics with staff don't play game you get your salary for work not for spooning I work last three hotel in monarch nobody make cast issue here you make are you kick me from there I am sure Karma will be come to you and I believe that it's very easy to kick anyone from work but it's very hard to higher and thank you for reading my message
