I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Having flexible time for work.

Dislikes

Management is very very poor, they are not giving response to employees. No salary increment management keep saying we will do but at the end you will not get any increment and they are not stand with commitment. Very bad HR experience they don't know how to speak politely to employees. Senior TL level full politics. I never recommend any one for this company.

Initial salary is less but then the company is investing on new joiners by giving access to expensive softwares, etc. so it's a win win situation.

Seniors are okay, MDs are good. Being mechanical engineer having weekend off culture is good. Sometimes and some people travel abroad regarding their projects.

Increment cycle has been delayed since last 2 years instead for March it's been implemented around September.
