compensation is decent, but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high . sometime , i have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening and sometime late into the night .

Toxic place, unprofessional owner and his family.valuger , cooks are Halwai. Owner is shouting all the time.same his family members.family interference . Given 2 weekly off only . 10 hours per day work . So as per personal law he doesn't fellow. 76 hours extra duty he takes.
