...y patients independently without other's interference is something I appreciate. I am quite satisfied with the salary that I am provided with. The team also holds various training sessions and programs that help me increase my knowledge. The team rapport is really good and I could always openly keep my suggestions in front of the seniors.

Dislikes

A few things I think the organization could improve at are keeping their employees as a priority. The work pressure is high sometimes and clinical professionals are expected to do tasks that aren't their area of expertise. Sometimes decisions are made without the team's consent and we just have to abide by the rules. I also wish the compensations and incentives were a bit better for the clinical staff.

The management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Getting abused in spite of working with 0 training. Only 5 days holiday for the entire year. LITERALLY.

Decent CTC, benefits such as ESI, PF and Gratuity fund, Work-life balance, Opportunity to Professional growth, Policies focused on professionals' welfare

Dislikes

Deduction of 2k every month. We can have the amount totally on completion of the year but we have to loss the amount if we quit the job in between. Sunday is the only week off,not on Saturdays.
