Nice working environment, great learning opportunities, the Company is open to innovation and latest technologies, you will get opportunity to take part in a global innovation challenge contest which is conducted in every two years. The employees are from different culture based, which is quite remarkable. You will get chance to work with global client's, so there is chance of onsite travel. I had travel to USA for two months on B1 visa. I also like employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent but the growth is average. It takes too long to get promoted , even the job role gets changed. I do receive appreciation emails but sometimes it gets unnoticed. Year end appraisal is depending on many factors, so your individual contributions do not guarantee good appraisal.

...s india manager wont fight for the quality of work & solving the trust issue. 4.No salary Hike/Promotion as everything is controlled by German counter part i.e when German counter part say to give Hike/Promotion then only indian manager will give. 5.Till last year in Development team we were 5 people but now only 1 person left because no one is happy about the quality of work. 6.From past 1 year in Bangalore company was not able to hire even single resource in development team. Now German colleague told that if they are not able to increase head count in Bangalore they will close the Development team here. Due to this company is offering unrealistic offer to candidate who are looking for Job but still no one is joining. So you can think of the condition. 7.No Proper HR Policy. At last i would say it is not a Automotive company so not good for Autosar developer & embedded developer

Good exposure to core engineering like concepting, predictive analysis, Tolerance stacks, DFA, physical validation, DFM etc. Learning opportunities are ample. Product Ownership is with Design Engineer. Good work-life balance. Good discussion on career path.

...ent on over engineering. No appraisal cycle. It's difficult to beat inflation! Salary is average.

Canteen food is not good & cab facilities only for selected areas No job security (company hiring diploma candidates for 3years training ) While hiring candidates they will promise about the job like based on your performance and company needs we will give permanent position but since last 5years no permanent given to any operators

Payslip not give a clear details of our working shift details ..unnecessary loss of pay ..lot of politics inside of management. Not good for Career growth..
