The salary and appraisal are not satisfying and, the HR team won't even respond to our needs. They do even make us work on Sundays. Work pressure is so high and the benefits are not satisfying.

This company has job openings for various fields of science, but as u become senior the company has no value as you will have to be paid more for same work and also the annual increment is quiet average

... provide any facilities required by employees nor do they help with work issues. Getting a proper salary is also difficult so need not mention any bonuses or hikes. They don't support employees in difficult situations. Leaving the company is also difficult as they try to employ new rules which are not mentioned or present in the appointment letters.

... compensation and benfits compare to your work load and complexity is very less.One will not have satishfaction as the pay you get for your wrk will be way below par

... you to pay when you want to leave the company. And there behavior is very rude. Also they deduct salary based on target. Wont even pay you full salary when you want to leave the company. Forget about any compensation/bonus there’s nothing as such.
