No proper HR policies, No Single reporting boss, No career growth, No proper training, no transfer of knowledge from supervisor / Managers to there subordinate

COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW I HAVE TO ATTEND CLIENT SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 14-18 HOURS

Good learning for freshers. One can join the company only if they are freshers to gain experience and learning. Experience people can join only if they are jobless and looking for temporary job until you find the best job of your choice or if you have no other option but make sure you start searching for another job within 6-8 month because there is no job security. Also the Worse people in HR department. There is no use of HR department and totally useless

Company culture, no motivation to work in sales, answering multiple people hence torture and pressure from multiple people on new business, tough targets which can never meet. so no appraisal

Nothing. I want to give negative stars. Worst company toxic work culture. HR especially Sirisha tricks people torture them with new policies. Think twice before joining this company

Everything from Vijay Mohan another toxic person who harrasment employees intentionally and enjoy. Sirisha harassed employee during the time of salary
