It has the worst work culture General manager in Site -III is the main person who defames the company name he thinks he is dictator and every employee shopuld report him and he involes in personal matters too and behaves worst with ladies and when a person resigns he threatens the employee and do all cheap tricks to spoil the career of employee he always want every one to be his slave and help him in doing scams inside the organisation Manufacting HOD and Validation HOD were main culprits in destroying company work culture and defame company name .. Worst thing was these HODs dont have GMP experience and were made HODs with just two to three years experience that to in other field HR bargains for cheap price be cautious know your worth QA is just puppet in the organisation . - Office Politics - HR Dept is convenient according to their favorites. - No Proper Management w.r.t trainings and overall office planning. - No space for new joiners to sit. - No satisfactory incerment.

Dirty politics , in meetings quality control and production people fight with each other with no good outcome, issue remains unresolved most of the time , just people know how to blame games here. , not worth it.

Very bad treatment to employees. No a single person in the company is happy. So are there just because they get money and they have no other options. Too much politics. The HO people including the HR not cooperating. The HR head manager is useless. This is a company who only wants to take from society they doesn't want to give anything back.

Worst company for HRs. No growth. No development. Too much pressure. People don't stay more than one year. The HR head is useless. Has no say. They take years to hire one position and once the hiring is done person runs away.
